Once your baby is born, Sara can show you ways to carry your child, ways to hold him or her, how to nurse, and how to manage your sleep/wake time with your newborn. Sara's bodywork can reduce scar tissue, diminish leftover aches and pains, and bring you back to your old self, as you enjoy your new self as a mother.
When you are ready, Sara can teach you exercises that will strengthen your abs and restore your natural tone, based on core principles using the deepest abdominal layer first.
Other exercises may follow as you gain strength and momentum. You may want to join a Mommy and Me class with other mothers so that you can work out together and share your experiences.
